    hey i was just wondering if anyone out there has done the 4.3 to the ls1 swap?

    You&#39;ll most likely run into different items than me since you have a 2002 truck. Your best bet would probably be to find a 5.3 or 6.0 so that you can get all the stuff that is normally in trucks like yours. You can do the other conversion without many issues but it would look pure stock-like with a truck engine instead of an fbody engine in there.
