    Need some help with wiring?

    I recently completed a 5.3, 4L60E swap in my 2003 Silverado RCSB 2wd, that was a 4.3 manual.

I used an 04 harness with drive by wire and it is running and driving great. It gets a thorough dyno tune tomorrow.

My issue is that the truck will start in every gear and the tow/haul button does not work. What am I suppose to do with the connector for the clutch position switch? Could this be my issue? Any info will be greatly appreciated!

The starter relay trigger wire needs to run thru the PRDL switch on the side of the trans and that will allow it to close the circuit in P/N only.
Tow mode requires the '04 bcm.

Farmtruc: Thank you. I will get that wiring done. But do I need a different bcm or can mine be reprogrammed. If I do get a new one, will it need to be reprogrammed for my truck and can a tuner do it?

    Update:
My truck was a manual 4.3 prior to the 5.3 auto swap and I am having some trouble with the last 2 wiring issues. Attached are photos of the current wiring of the underhood fuse block.
The 3 cruise control wires are connected to C100 and there is a light blue wire in the C1 F9 spot. All wires come from the connector that was plugged into the cruise control module mounted under the wipers for the cable TB. Now the TAC module for the DBW should see the signals from the wiper stalk.
The cruise still does not work but most likely due to my last issue of the truck starting in every gear. A local guy in Panama City Beach Fl grounded C2 D12 ylw/blck straight to ground and I put the wire from the pcm in it's place but there is a no start situation.
Also there is a large gauge yellow wire in the C2 F11 spot where the dark green park neutral wire should be?
If some or one of you wiring geniuses could explain my issue, I will be greatful.

Update: I tried to do what farmtruc suggested but ran into a wiring question.

I was able to wire the 3 wires to C100 and 1 wire verified light blue at C1 F9 from the original drive by cable cruise control module connector.
Then I tried to do what "farmtruc" mentioned but some wires have been wired different than the 5.3 schematic/ connector diagram states.
C2 F11 has a large gauge yellow wire where the park neautral wire dark green is said to be located. It is currently not in my C2 connector. Also, the D12 yellow/black wire for the starter relay was not plugged into its spot but a pin was installed and wired directly to ground. When I replaced the grounded wire with the called for yellow/black wire I get a no start.
Can a wiring expert please chime in to help me out. Thank you in advance!

More photos to show my swap is quality (despite no cruise control or starting in any gear):
