    SSS Transfer Case Rebuild

I just had a local shop install a Yank SS3600 converter in my 2005 AWD SSS this week and the guys at the shop spotted a few problems. There were some issues with the tranny (worn bands, clutches, pump) that needed to be replaced that they took care of while they had the tranny out. They also noticed some noise coming from the transfer case. They said they could could hear clunking noised when they would shake the TC around while it was out. I want to pull it and do a rebuild on it (new chain, bushings, bearings, seals, etc.) Anyone done this to their SSS? I have an 05 so would I have the NVG 149? If anyone has any advice on what parts to get I would really appreciate it. I would like to beef it up if at all possible. Thanks in advance.

I haven't head of any rebuild options; other than inspect the chain and teeth; seen those worn out before.

I figure with 115k miles it would be a good idea to change the seals, bearings, chain, and sprockets. Then maybe get the updated pump plate the won't cause the clips to rub a hole through the case.
