    Hello

    Hello everyone!

I am preparing for an engine swap. I have a 95 Z71 which will be getting a 5.3 LS motor. I just sent the heads off for a custom CNC porting (Total Engine Airflow) a mild cam upgrade and will use the factory intake. I'm not a serious or full time mechanic but have a lot of fun working on my vehicles (best and most rewarding therapy a man can have). I will also upgrade the transmission.

I am researching the best solutions for the following:

    1) wire harness (bought engine w/ out one) / ECM (have one) programming etc.
    2) Exhaust (keeping my eye out for a set used headers. 1 5/8 or 3/4 tubes and am leaning towards doing the all the down line system myself.
    3) Fuel system - swap out the tank or add a pump. Which ever is cheaper or?
    4) Other necessities

    Again glad to be here!

    Brian
