ok so on my holley intake I am running truck injectors and its appearing theyre to short because the mounting holes to screw the rails to the intake aren't lining up, has anyone else had this problem? do I need to switch to the taller car injectors? or am I missing something?

ya, it seems they fit the ls3 and ls1 height injectors.
just to add, the rails fit great with the 2011 truck injector dimensions as well.
what about just drilling and tapping new mounting holes, done that before.
