ford 9" swap into nbs

i know the stock 10bolt isnt that strong, i have access to a several nice 9 ichers, well for free. so i am wonder what its gonna take to get her under the truck. 2000 ecsb 60e/4wd. if any one could offer some in sight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
