    1998 Suburban 5.7 to 6.0 wiring question

I've done a lot of conversions but not one as close in years as this. 1998 Suburban with 5.7 Vortec, trading that for a 2001 6.0l vortec. I've been told that I have to keep both computers in to run the guages, I find this hard to believe. Does anyone have any info on melting the two harnesses together and running the 6.0l computer stand alone. I already have the 6.0l harness converted to standalone. Thanks in advance

All the info you need is here, just do a search for Lextech, get his spreadsheet and away you go!You only need the LS PCM(new tune,of course),a handful of new wires and the connectors,it is all laid out for you with no guess work.
