Wiring???
I got an 2000 LQ4 goin' in to a 1996 Tahoe 4x4. Can anyone tell me what wires I have to keep from the engine harness to C100 and where they go??? I have gotten most of them as I figure, but I would like to be sure of what goes where.
I also have an issue with my starter. My Tahoe is the type with the tailgate, and after I got most of my harness together I tried to open my tailgate. Well instead of tripping the relay for the glass it tripped the starter. I traced back every wire that connected from the starter relay to make sure they were all connected to the correct wires and terminals. And I far as know their all correct, but whether the ignition is on or off the starter still trips from the tailgate button!!! I have no idea where I may have f'ed up with the harness but this kinda boggles my mind.
By no means am I new at wiring but this all is somewhat overwhelming and I'd like to know if I'm wrong before I try to start this new motor. A few other wiring ?'s what do i need to connect to run my four wheel drive and ABS if possible? I basically want this thing to run like it was supposed to be there. I got everything when I bought the engine: harness, PCM, sensors, accessories, etc. So I'd like to run the new PCM with the stock gauges and like I said just make it like it was supposed to be there.
As a note I'm only runnig the 60e right now cuz of cost of the 80e swap but I will end up there eventually hopefully with AWD too.
Can someone please help me with these issues I am having??? Please???

Check out Lt1swap.com and you should be able to find what you need. They have plenty of diagrams.

I have been there and though there is alot of info it doesn't have what I'm looking for. I'm lookin for what pins to move from C2 (on the engine harness) to C100 (on the body) and the fuse box. I'm going to keep reading there so maybe I can figure out the tailgate.
