    4x4 low. tranny wont shift

I put my blazer in 4lo it hit rev limiter and never shifted. I looked at tranny data on my scanner it says 4lo signal disabled. I landed a 4lo input from obs harness to the ls pcm. Tune problem?

That would defeat the whole purpose of a transmission. It will and can shift it's in the tune.

I understand that you can tune it to. Factory they do not. That's the answer to his question.

Reason being that if you are using 4 lo, you are creeping. If not creeping then use 4 hi.

Tanz, sorry man, but there has never been and never will be a factory auto trans, 4lo equipped vehicle that doesn't shift thru all forward gears while in 4lo.

Sounds like a calibration issue to me as well.

Really? Please quit. You've obviously never used 4-lo, or at least payed any attention. I can barely hit 5mph in 4-lo and 1st, that would be preety useless.

Really, please quit. This guy may be wrong once, but he's also very, very knowledgeable about 4x4 vehicles. He's been around for about 6 years and has done some awesome stuff. People are allowed to be wrong around here once in a while, but you haven't earned the right to be a douche around here yet.
