Not 100% on the LS1 fuel rail setup on the 98's, if there's only one line it's returnless. Put a walboro 255 pump in the tank and run a C5 corvette fuel filter, it has the regulator in it. That's the setup I'm running and it runs 58-60psi. Well I'm running the stock pump for now but going to upgrade to that walboro before too long.

I used an F car throttle cable bracket with the stock 4.3 cable. The cable is a hair too long so I don't get quite WOT. Gonna try a 5.3 truck cable, should work, if not I'll make something work!

Did you run the stock sending unit from the truck?

Your speedo is a little different than most, 88-90 had the "drac" built into the cluster. To change the speedo for gears or tire size requires removing cluster and replacing the "chip". However, because you are running the auto trans at least the vehicle speed sensor should be the same. Great swap.

Yeah im really lookin foward to it, im just trying to get all the pieces together first, im sending my harness to speartech and waiting on my throttle linkage from lokar, would i have to swap the oil pan? I havent had a chance to check it out yet. I appreciate the help!

Z28 oil pan is the one most people are using, it doesn't hang beneath the frame and has alot of clearance all around. If you have the exhaust manifolds from the Z28 I have heard they will work also.
