Look what i got for $850!!!! lq4 harness computer and 4l80E!!!

I got this whole setup for 850! I am putting it into my 1980 K10 4wd I need a few parts but this is one hell of a deal!!! i just need to figure out how to make one of the 1/2ton t cases work... or maybe get an old one from a 3/4 or 1 ton. anyone know? thanks! and tell me what you think of this deal.... from the salvage yard 30 day warranty on both... not sure on the mileage because the interior of the truck got burned... thanks!

the only thing i didn't get was the starter.. i know a coil is missing and the filler tube but i can go back anytime and get those off another vehicle... it was too cold to keep looking around for one... my dad and i pulled the harness and motor.. the salvage yard just provided lift support... it was a high temp of 7 degrees today and we were there from 9 till 4 today

That's a steal! I'm having trouble finding a motor with under 200K miles for $1K.

Good luck with the swap! And you might re-think the cable tb. I'd go grab the gas pedal and adapt it since the motor is already DBW.

small salvage yard by Richland Center, WI I head the DBW stinks and limits the spped the throttle opens... is this bs? the interior was burnt! no gas pedal or wiring inside the cab... is it going to be a ton more work to adapt to cable?

I personally prefer the cable tb and I think a lot of people would agree. Some even go so far as swapping NNBS trucks to Cable TB. I believe this is the case in that fast as hell Red RCSB NNBS turbo iron 5.7 at NP.

Ive had hp tuners hooked up to dbc and dbw trucks they both go to 100% pretty much instantly, its really just personal preference.
