They maybe busy as hell, but 2 weeks is a long time. Send him a email through his site. I sent one and Erica answered within that day. Keep trying u wont regret it.

I know exactly how u feel, my brother had the same problem back in july when he was trying to get his turbo setup tuned. I believe it also took about 2 weeks but he kept trying and finally got a hold of them. Speaking of which he needs a retune as well, we just put the intercooler in.
