    700r4 tv cable pedal bracket

I'm in the middle of wanting to drop a 5.3 in to my 1988 Silverado its kinda of a budget build lol i want to use my transmission I just rebuilt it like 10,000 miles ago now i know that ill need a spacer for the torque converter and the pressure plate, i need to find a way to make the tv cable work i know that i can buy a kit that works with 98-99 throttle body from bowtieoverdrives.com its like 150 buck but last night i was on ls1tech and this guy made his turbo350 work with his 5.3 by adding his kick down cable to electric peddle assembly it actually really nice and am wanting to know what kind of angles and how much slack does the cable need to shift wot.
i got some pictures of the guys bracket

I just finished a swap with a 700r4 and built my own brackets. I measured the pull distance on the stock carb and came up with 1.25 inches, so I welded a tab on the back of the thottle body cam at a distance that gave me the same amount of pull.
