    5.3l verus 6.0l.

been a big fan of 5.3l over the 6.0 for a long time, but been doing some reserach and just did a swap for a customer had him pushing 650 to the wheels with really not all that much done, more cubic inches equal power so what are some opioins on the two.i got 206,000 on ,my 5.3l now, still running great.
2000 Chevy Silverado z71 reg cab, 5.3l procharged, dual exhaust straight piped, custom tune, 200,000 miles, 4 trannys, custom built drive shafts. two speed auto track t-case.

Why are you a fan of the 5.3 over a 6.0?

What are not that many mods on the 6.0? Turbo? Blower?

Considering that a near stock 5.3l puts about 235 to the ground it sound like one hell of a lot was done to get 650 rwhp out of a 5.3

yeah, Spoolin just jerry-rigged a couple hairdryers to his 4.8 without doing "much" else & was making ridiculous power, too.
00 FRC - just top end, exhaust, and a hot-air intake
