    DBW trouble

I'm having some trouble getting my DBW pedal to work. When i plug the connector in from the TB to TAC module, the butterfly moves around then stops. I can't get it to move with the pedal at all. I tested the pedal position sensor and I'm not getting any type of resistance reading at any throttle position on any of the pins. Is their supposed to be resistance on any of the pins on the pedal pos. sensor? If someone has the schematic that would help a lot.

    Thanks

Got it worked out. Ended up being the VATS security. I had my tuner take it out and the DBW started working.
