I have an 06 4.8 exsb and i was wondering if a DBW 90mm TB for an TBSS or LS2 would fit on my 4.8 intake.

it will just bolt up? no mods whatsoever to anything?
depends on what you're putting it into you may have to get a DrX conversion box to run the electronics on the TB. Some have said they rewired a factory connector to make it work without the DrX box.

i dont think the 4 bolt TB will work on your 3 bolt intake. if so then i learned something new. plus the TBSS tb is 87mm an the NNBS tb is 87mm the only 90mm is the car (vette, camaro, etc)

I misread it , I guess.
Thought it said TBSS intake on a 4.8 engine. The TBSS TB will work on a 2007+ NNBS 4.8L intake.
There is a company that makes a 4 to 3 bolt TB adapter just don't know what company it is though.

Your TB is 78mm 3bolt, and the TBSS is a 87mm 4bolt. I have an adapter for sale with hardware and gasket, pm me if you are interested or check the for sale section.
he needs the harness
IMHO whats the point to put a 87mm TB on a 78mm intake? theres no point but to each is own. good luck. id just save up an buy a TBSS intake/NNBS intake. or do something really cool like a Pro-Flo but once again youd need more engine than a 4.8 to justify the price of the intake/fuel rails/injectors
