    FLT 2wd 4L60e L4 could Donate to 4wd 4L60e L5 ???

This is a question for all you Transmission Gurus......light my way !

Probably most of u know that my L5 was toast....I remembered I had a L4 laying around that I never used. I purchase it for a 96 Turbo Camaro (sold).

Now, since no warranty has been offered or asked for that matter, at least for damage parts, I want to use this LT1 4L60E FLT L4 as a donator of internals to the beefier former FLT L5?

If the Frankenstein Experiment is Successful, want to use this in my 69 Camaro that will be turn to LSX this month.

I dismember the FLT L4 to compare the inner parts and questions arose...so I hope you can guide me.

Here some pics with questions :

    here's the victim...

This are the output shafts differences....can they be interchanged?

On the last pictures you see the input drum differences, can I remove one shaft to place it to the other?

Any tip will be great...thanks in advance.

This is the issue with "performance" 4L60's. They're often mixed and matched. Don't be like them I say.
