    NGK tr55 plugs.
I like mobile or castrol gtx on the oil and filter. Or just a reg fram. Also get a new air filter. K&N drop ins are nice because they are washable, and flow much better than the stocker. It also would not hurt to replace the spark plug wires. Stock replacements are fine, MSD are the best IMO aftermarket.

You should also clean your MAF wires with some CRC MAF cleaner spray and your throttle body with some SeaFoam Deep Creep. You'd be surprised how much these two little details will pep things up if you haven't done them in a while (or ever).

Then run a single can of regular SeaFoam in your next gas tank fill-up (I do this every 5-6 tanks), a third of another can in a top-end cleaning through your brake booster vacuum line (wait 20 minutes and then start your engine), and the remainder of that second can in your oil (and drive for a few miles before your next oil change).
