Yes, all 2500 trucks have the 4L80e. 2500HD trucks have either the 4L80e when hooked up to a gas motor, or the Allison when hooked up to the diesel.

I was thinking that some of the 8.1L motors had the Allison behind them, but didn't wanna say that cause I was not 100% sure. Thanks for the confirmation.
