    Looking for some driveshaft help.

I am almost done my 5.3/4l80e swap into my 89 chevy. One of the last things i a drive shaft.

    Here's the issue.

The yoke on the tranny is a bolt up yoke that being said using my stock shaft would allow for no slip. If i use that yoke without the center bolt would that be the same thing as a normal slip yoke?

no, the splines are too short. You can have a driveshaft made with the slip joint in it or have the output shaft in the transmission swapped over to the slip yoke style.
