    6.0 Help.

I was walking down the street Thursday and found this on the sidewalk with a free sign on it, I was like, hey, its free! Just kidding, I got it for $400, stole it in my opinion, but had to drive to Massachusetts to pick it up, I live in lower Pennsylvaina. 14 hours and 800 miles later, I had it home. Its a 2000 LQ4, with 5000 miles on it. Let the games begin.
Here are some question I need answers to.
    1. Will my original harness work, 04 4.8
    2. Injectors, Pump, good enough?
    3. Will the intake, accesories, coils on the 4.8 work?
    4. Who lives near PA and likes free beer that wants to help swap it in?

take the valve covers off, the valley cover, and the oil pan, and front and rear covers, and check everything you can. the one i bought was in good shape but i still tore it down and found water in one fo the rod bearings and some debris in one fo the main bearings, so the block is gonna get vatted out and all new bearings. so yeah, check everything you can. you dont want to get it in and running only to find out something was trashed

Stock injectors barely feed a stock 6.0. Mine are maxed with stock cam and exhaust.

thats an aluminum head motor so are you sure its a 2000? 99-00 are iron heads and reason why ppl sell them for 400 bucks. Yours has aluminum so you got a deal as long as its solid

what part of PA again? im from PGH

Im from DC, which is relatively close. I can turn a wrench and drink beer all at the same time, which happens to be my gift.
