    6.0l engine build up help

ok im about to start building the motor for the truck. i have a 6.0l block out of a 2004 silverado. im trying to build a 10.5 to a 11.5 motor for the track but still have a decent motor for the street. what i need to know is which pistons to use, which rods, which crank (heard factory was good), which heads, which springs and which rockers and which cam. im going to use a 90/90 FAST intake. im runnning the 700r4 with 3:73 gears. thanks for your help.

Get an Eagle 408 stroker kit and be done with it. Eagle rods, crank, Wiseco makes some great nitrous pistons for a decent add-on price to the kit, Hellfire piston rings have taken my abuse for two years. Get the best coated and steel backed bearings you can find. ACL is what I have seen most builders use. The rod bearings are the same as the GEN1 engines so they're not too expensive.
