no, the frame is different, you'll want to cut the center from your original one and move it back, then brace it with 4" metal plate.

'94 Chevy Truck: 8.9 et, 408 twins
i have a 2001 chevy did a 4.8 swap to a 6.0l with mahle pistons 10.5:1,eagle 6.125' h beams,232 238@50.595 598 lift on a 112lsa,243 heads,44lbs motec IIs,tuned by Nick D,it makes 402rwhp,@5000lbs w/ me in it 13.75@101mph on 22' wheels
Well don't forget that the 2500hd frames are about 1.75" taller than the 1500 frames. I haven't looked under one recently, but I would assume the crossmember mounts are further back as well.
It doesn't seem too hard to modifiy a 60e member so I would just do that unless you just like being different.
you can also buy a modified crossmember from transmissioncenter.net ready to go and you ship them your core back to get a large portion of your money back.
