    91 Burb TBI to 5.3

    Ive searched around and Im a newb here. Im familar with the 5.3s and gen 3 scene here is my car I just got done. 96 camaro with a 5.3 turbo, t56 swap.

    Okay here are the plans/ looking for suggestions.
    1991 Suburban 4x4 Lifted LADA LADA
    5.3 swap using the factory wiring harness made into a stand alone.
    Flywheel spacer to adapt to the 700r4? Or go with the 60e? Wanna keep this cheap.
    Stock manifolds,
    KEEP AC

    Gauges ive read the gauges are electronic on the 90-91 so it would be a matter of tapping into the pcm correct?

    Let me know if someone has done this and i missed it in the search.

    go turbo 400 and never look back, also id try and find a 6.0 if possible if not 5.3's are still awesome, is that a Solid axel burb i can never remember the year those changed But would be a very cool build love old burbs almost bought a 88 that looked brand new off show room but couldn't get my cummins sold

    Yes its solid axle. Id like to keep OD this is gonna be the primary tow rig with maybe a set of twins for hills ya know

    go 80e then and dont look back lol, and if ur goin as far as tiwns and ur gona tow i would have to suggest a Dirty-Max, worth every penny might have to upgrade to Dana 60's though if you havent already

    Just got it I found a different unit its a 1988 suburban tbi. Im guessing the gauges are not electric senders?
