    It Lives!!

91 Silverado. Stock 5.3 from 2001 Burban. All 91 wiring is removed from truck other than fuel pump and rear stoplamps. 2001 Suburban junction block and all underhood electronics present. Relocated battery(and washer bottle) to front driver's side.(PCM underhood but yet to find a home.)bout 6 wires through firewall to 95 fusepanel and 9x steering column in order for it to run. Fuel pressure 55psi KOEO. Open exhaust manifolds, no 02's installed yet.

I could wet my pants i'm so excited!!
Have to button up exhaust, get coolant temp into the cab, and borrow a scanner to make sure all is well before i test drive it. Resurface brakes and repack bearings been off the road for about 2 years now. Thanks to Nelson Performance, LS1truck.com, A-Line in round rock, Rick's Napa in Hutto, Mike over in parts at Hewlett Chevy, wtfan18, long&low, T.Spell, Fidel in B/CS TX(fuel pumps works great) and anyone else who has lent a hand or otherwise. Gimme another month or so and i should be banging through 6 gears!

awesome man! wait till you drive it! you wont stop smiling for days, the 6 speed makes it all worth while, not sure what you have for gears but youll prolly need a new set and a locker if they are stockers ahha. my first gear went till about 55mph! and id roast 1 tire 1st, 2nd, most of 3rd, and chirp 4th. LOL they were only a 215/75/15 tire but damn it was fun. CONGRATS!!

Congrats on the start up. I noticed your fuel guage goes way past full, does it do that all the time? I ask because since my swap mine has done the same thing and I can't figure out whats causing it.
