I would sell the headers and throttle body and put the money toward something else. Maybe a tune, a cam, long tube headers, etc.

    long tubes

I'm gonna unload to headers I have to a friend....should of gotten the pacesetters from day one but I was timid about re-doing the whole set up with 3" but im more then ready to do that. Whats the opinion on pacesetter and working a x-pipe in there and running 2 muffs, is it worth it?

Yeah man. Get a Cam and Tune. And dependin on your cam rpm range get a stall to match. Really before anything though find out what you plan 2 do in the end. Like if your end plan is a front mount turbo it then why get long tubes. Or If you are going to leave it NA then you might want a larger cam. You know alot of things to think about before you start modding everything.

Welcome to the site! Ask as many questions ya want--we'll be glad to help.
Well, if you wanna do an x-pipe and 2 muffs, you should not consider getting a y-pipe after the Pacesetter LT headers. Instead, run separate pipes--almost like true duals--the x-pipe after the muffs will make it sound pretty damn good...
