GM hot cam or any cam recomendations

I was thinking about buying the GM Hot Cam kit for my 5.3 part number 12480033. What do you guys think about this cam in a stock 5.3 and other cam recomendations are appreciated. Thanks!

well i have some street and performance headers and im going to get a nelson tune and maybe some new rockers and someday i want to whipple it

dont waste the dollars on the rockers, thats a good starting point, nelson tune headers and such,dunno much about the whipple much less any FI setup i am sure someone here will give ya a good cam spec for what youre wanting to do ..
