Wow this sucks.
I am doing this swap in my grandpas shop, its a pretty good shop but several people have acess to it and come and go as needed. Anyways to get to the point I came in yesterday and went to start putting my heads back together and realized I am missing an exaust valve.So where can I get another stock valve to replace the one that dissappeared?

Just go to the dealer, or call a local LSX engine/machine shop, I'm sure they have some.

You could prolly hit up a junk yard or local engine builder. I wouldn't think an exhuast valve for 862 casting heads would be expensive...

Is this an exhaust valve on the 5.3 engine or the 5.7? If its the 5.3 i have a spare that i am willing to send you. Its the 1.55" right?
Ive been in those situations and know how it feels. The stealership will probly rip you the f*** off to sadly...
