    New from South Central

South Central Wisc. that is! I'm fairly new to the LS1 but have been running down the dragstrip in my old school '68 Oldsmobile 442 for quite sometime. Its a pump gas 11sec street car. Anyways I have a 1954 Chevy truck and a LS1 from a 2000 B4C. My problem is not getting it to fit my problem is the electronics. I'm just looking for a good starting point or someone that could steer me in the correct direction. I've been out of cars for awhile and would really like to make all this happen. Thank-You!

PM farmtruc here he can help you. Nelsonperformance.com (his company) can tune you a PCM and make a harness so your engine will work in your truck.

The engine and tranny combo should be fine. You will have a few issues--the biggest being the wiring. Get with Allen and see if he can make you a harness. The other speed bumps will be the motor mounts, drive shaft, etc... But you will figure those things out as you go along...
