Tuning in Southern IL or Northern Mo

New member to this site and greatly appreciate it's enormous collection of info. I am currently stationed at Scott AFB near Bellville Illinois. My truck is a 2000 5.3L Silverado with Fabtech 4" lift, K&N FIPK, Magnaflow Catback.
The general consensous from this forum is that after the intake & exhaust, a performance tune is the next recommended upgrade (for the average non-racing joe). With that guidance my question is two fold...
1. Can anyone recommend a dyno shop in the Southern IL, St Louis Metro area?
2. Or should I order a tune from Nelson Performance and skip the actual dyno time? Being that Nelson Performance has already done hundreds of similer Silverados and likely have their specific tune so dialed in that tweeking on a dyno would not yield significant improvement.

You might try Si Performance Home I don't know if they do computer tuning, but they have a dyno, and their 4x4 projects are awesome, so , couldn't hurt to call.
