well you are going to have a problem with that request.
the 5.3L was never offered with a manual transmission option.
so itll be a 5.3L from a truck or SSR/Trailblazer
and a t56 from an f-body car.
so you might have to buy from differnet businesses.
all 5.3L are EFI. if you are referring to E85, only he engines with a metal
fuel rail are E85 compatiible. are you referring to the single fuel line
feed? as youll have to convert your systemn as a returnless system and
plumb a pre-regulator in the feed line.
from 1999-2002 most used a throttle cable. some
2001-2002 used a fly-by-wire system (tahoe/yukon/suburban).
in 2003 to present use a fly-by-wire sysyem. the only cable system
left was the 2004 GTO used a 5.7L LS1 with a t56 or auto transmission.
then in 2005 no more cable v8 systems.
hope this helps - HTH

i screwed up in my typing i meant to write electronic pedal but for some reason wrote efi maybe i need more sleep. i was told by 2 or so different people that i could get a 5.3 with the harnesses and pcm etc and then buy a t56 and the adapter kit to fit the 5.3 block also a company makes a shifter adapter as the shifter is towards the very back of the t56 and the adapter would allow me to have the shifter knob very close to where it is as of now. i just didnt know if you can buy a motor seperate from the pcm and just buy a pcm from another truck if its not available with the donor motor and still have it reflashed and tuned to work. i have been talking with a guy who did a 2002 5.3 vortec and t56 swap into a 1994 chevy like mine. so i appologize for the mispost
Go ahead and buy a 6.0 you won't regret it.
