    Angry

Ok we got the STS installed and we where trying to check the buzzer and by just turning the key on with out starting the truck by connecting the pressure switch at the pump with a jumper cable. When we did this we blew tons of fuses the fuel pump fuse blew as we as many others. We have replaced all of them but we have not tried the buzzer (which did not work) again the oil pump is working but now I am throwing a code it is P1518 which is
P1518 Intake Manifold Runner Control (Stuck Open)
The truck is running and I drove it about a mile to get home and it ran fine my ? is what did we do wrong to blow tons of fuses and why do you think my truck is throwing this code.

Is it safe to drive 7 hours because I have to get back to school Sunday night and go see Allen some time in the next week to get a tune?

You might go back and double check all the connections by the STS install manual. It should never blow the fuel pump fuse. The fuel pump relay should supply power to turn on one of the coils in the relay for the oil pump.

Since he has a NA tune shouldnt he be able to just run the stock air intake if he caps off the boost tube(to keep from over-reving the turbo)? I'd be afraid of blowing the engine with any kind of boost on a stock tune.

I've seen before if a clamp is loose or not there it will not make even 1 psi of boost. You should not try to make boost so as not to over spin the turbo.

I found and another blown fuse it is the STUD #2* 30a MAX (in the top right side of the fuse box) hope that this will solve the problem I am going to loosen the blot that seals the intercooler so I won't run any boost as well as watch my gauge.

P1518 IMRC stuck open is a Ford specific code. 1518 in a GM indicates serial data between the PCM and TAC module has been lost.

Here are a few pics of the install and the fuses that blew on is a 15 the other is a 20 blue and yellow.

This is where we hooked up the boost pressure switch. We grounded it to the valve cover.
