cool! hey i got my fuel filter and lines etc...i think i understand how to hook it all up but im not completely sure.

im guessing this just plugs in here and then use rubber fuel hose at the other end with clamps to the fuel line?

same thing here...these just plug in then rubber hose with clamps to the line in the engine?

im guessing also that the side with 2 lines will point towards the gas tank then the single line goes to the engine? then i can juust remove the evap line and cap it off on top of the manifold?

3/8 is from the pump, 5/16 is the return line. 3/8 single line to the fuel rail. You have it figured out it sounds like.

yea i think i got it. i guess in all the threads i had read no one was talking about rubber hoses or clamps so i was a little confused on how this stuff hooked up.

I have never done the conversion in the manner you're doing, I always put an LS style transmission behind mine if I do a 60e. I have read about many taking the spacer and putting it on the transmission side of the flexplate with longer bolts and that is supposed to adapt the Gen1 trans to the Gen3 engine. Only way to tell for sure is to try it.

me myself, i cut the front tube in half and slipped a hose over it and didn't need to buy the extra 3/8 hose connector.

It doesn't leak? Id think with 60 psi on it it would have blown that hose right off of there without a barb end?
