Excellent Job! I looked at all of the pics and you had a few with the manifolds flipped. In your opinion, Is there enough room for 3 inch downpipes to drop behind the manifold and firewall--If the A/C compressor weren't in the way.

Thanks, Lextech

It's tight, but it will work. It's probably a nice inexpensive way for a turbo manifold and I bet the manifold would last longer than thinner stainless.

btw, your name is changed.

Screw the truck, tell me about the shoebox chevy. Well maybe screw is too strong a word, I like the truck, but you seem to have some interesting vehicles in your shop!

hi Jeff,
ya, that chevy is something else, hard as hell to drive though. It's an EFI bigblock with a 4speed. It uses an older aftermarket FI system, but it works.
I couldn't dyno it because the driveshaft vibrated too bad with the 4.10's, short tires, but while loading it on the dyno, it easily made 500+tq to the wheels and that was nowhere near redline.

We're almost ready to start the truck, just trying to figure out the fuel system, it's going to need a lot of fuel during boost.

later,
allen
