I take it that your truck is already a 4X4. The engine mounts would have to be 1" setback. That puts the transmission back where it should be provided it is the same dimensionally as what the truck originally came with. Since you are going with an Escalade or Denali drivetrain, some measuring of the trans/transfer case from the bell housing face to the cross member mount would be prudent. Compare that measurement with what is already in the truck. If the measurement is the same, then the 1" setback mounts apply. If the measurements are different, then you must figure that in with the mounts.
I would make sure you get the driveshafts as well to be able to compare them too. You may have to juggle locations to make the driveshafts work with the crossmember location since that is generally not moveable, i.e., drilled for one location only.
