When removing the egr valve is there a plate you can get to install in its place? I seen in the part numbers list a number for a plate. Is that for the exhaust manifold or the intake. I'm using a exhaust manifold without a egr hookup, need to know what to do with the other end.

There is a GM part number for a block off for an LS1 intake. I don't know if it's the same one or size for a truck intake. Some have used a rubber engine block freeze plug in the LS1 intake.
