I like the idea Kevin had about staying close to the track, but then I really liked being 10 minutes from the Riverwalk last year too. The less distance I have to drive drunk, the better.


Or else we might have an issue like last year when me, Shawn, and Bennett's buddy did a dig race on the loop... we had traffic backed up for over a mile lol.

I was at the La Quinta near the riverwalk last year, I think it was about a 10 minute or less walk.

We couldn't find any bars though...in Galveston I'm not used to people checking ID's or not being allowed to wear shorts and flip flops
