    Rearend Noise??

Wondering if this is a normal backlash noise or not. Ebrake is on holding the wheels tight.
I also took the DS off and did the same thing. Seems like a lot of backlash to me. And has a tight spot when I sloooowly turn it.

If I had to guess I would say the spider gears are toast but I'm sure some smartass will come along and tell me just how wrong I am.

Wow that is a hell of alot of play. What symptoms made you check under the truck? Clunking when braking and when pulling away from a stop?

The only noise that was starting to bother me, almost like a dry bearing sound. I thought it was the T56 but after I ck'd this now it has to be the rear.

Does not clank at all but hell with the exhaust I have would be hard to hear.
