Will brackets off 2004 V6 4.3L fit 2000 LS1 5.7? also v6 transmission question

If I were to get a 2004 silverado w/ a 4.3L V6, could I use the brackets/accessories off that motor on the LS1? or would I need to find accessories/brackets off a 5.3L?

Also, does the 4l60e come behind all 4.3L trucks? (mainly 2004-07 models)

No 4.3 is still Gen 2 SBC. You need brackets off an LS engine. The 4.3 trucks came with either the 4l60e if it was an automatic, or the NVG3500 if it was a standard.

so the 4l60e will bolt straight up to the LS1 or would it require a different bellhousing??

It will bolt up just fine the bellhousing is the same, also I think I have the motor mounts you need kust took tjem off an ls1

one more question, I'm guessing I won't be able to use the brackets I have on the LS1 that were on it in a 2000 Camaro.. correct? Could I use my alternator, power steering pump and ac compressor that is on my LS1?

looking at a 5.3 bracket set up, looks like the only bracket I would need is the alternator/power steering bracket. Ac compressor looks like it is in the same location as it is on my Camaro based LS1
