FWIW the reasons we are hassling this L owner goes beyond mosts understanding that isn't in ze circle. She needs to lose the zero and get with a hero.

Let me see first im a broke college kid trying to finish my last year of school, second GM never made a fast truck(SRT's are jokes) and is the only reason i was steered away from a VHO or SS(seriously GM SS badge on a truck like that?), third i could have bought a single cab for about the same as i bought my truck for, it might have been a 5.3 or even worse a 4.8, after full boltons the truck still would not have been as fast as mine is, add a cam and it would almost be there(add it to a 4.8 and um lol), or i could have thrown a 6.0 in it, about 1500(give or take a few since LQ9's range in $ depending on a lot of money, my buddy bought a LQ4/4l80 for 2500) dollars later it would have been as fast as mine is right now. Hmm do you see where im going, i bought my truck in november last year and i owe 1k on it, you know what comes next? Built motor backed up by a whipple. LSx is superior to a modular motor but a GM truck is not superior to a Lightning when it comes speed vs money.

You're higher than bird pussy kid. I've got less than 19k in my Z71 and it'll outrun your L that you most likely paid more for. Oh yeah, I can take it on a surface other than dry pavement.

Speed vs Money? Sure, that applies to stock. But when you actually want to go fast (which I don't consider a 13 second truck fast), the money on an L really adds up.

Also, I assume you mean RST... which was simply an appearance package.

    LMAO....

broke college kid talking trash...lol... this is an expensive sport.... I have been where you are... I know how it feels, the diff... is I have never talked trash about something I have before it is done... or talked trash to people that actually have fast rides......respect is earned ... you need to learn this lesson, you will go a lot farther than calling out people that you have no clue what they have.... it takes people that might have helped you one day, and turns them to another person that would rather see you fail....if you want to race, set it up and race... then talk trash... good luck with your projects.... and i will be glad to give you all the races you want, when you get something to race....
    single digit street truck

The best advice I have ever heard:... Only take B( . Y . )ST advice from someone that is CURRENTLY running a turbo setup close to, or bigger than what you want......

A lighting has a super charger and .1 more displacement and a rcsb 5.3 with a cam, tune and a cia will murder a lighting anyday of the week. im not talking crap on ur truck im just saying ur wrong about speed vs money
