"Don't be afraid to rev it up Mark. It's all in the combo you put together. "

true with any engine combo for sure, build it were you want it to run.

might do that. If my bro-n-law is off shore when it goes in. The swap shouldn't take me too long this time. Getting pretty good at it 3 in one year haha

Shift it low and try not to break this one. I'm going to be a nice guy and wish you luck this time. Breaking stuff sucks!

if you want ot use a pt88 and spin it high then stick with a 347. 347 should shift around 7200 with a pt88. 370 around 6700, 408 around 6200 before back pressure starts becoming an issue.

thus why you need to plot your setup out

my twins on the LS2 only plan to shift at 6400
    2002 Lightning - GT headed 5.5Litre w/ Twin 7665s
    2002 Silverado - 427Lsx w/ Twin gt4202s
    2010 Silverado crewcab Z71 - 5.3litre w/ procharger
    2000 Wrangler - 5.3litre with some stance
    2014 Xsport- 3.5 Eco boost
    412 Motorsports

it ain't that I'm too big to listen to the rumors, It's just that I'm too damn big to pay attention to 'em..That's the difference
