Strange problem after conversion?

Allen, RedHeartBeat,, THANKS,, THNANKS,,THANKS, for all of the assistance.!!!! Bad PCM was the problem!!!!!... The symptoms were really strange as mentioned above. Just wanted to make sure to THANK you guys for all the suggestions and assistance in Diagnosing the Car. It runs and runs very well. Got to take this thing out and drive it finally!!!!. Still have to put the gears and posi in that are currently sitting on the shelf and I should be good to go. Took it out on the back street from the house and flashed the throttle a few times..

Got home and the wife had the back door open letting the cool air in and she says "whats that burning rubber smell" I told her is was called PROGRESS.... LOL Roger,,
