Open when discussing fuses means blown.

    Is it?

If so the chart will have you search for shorts. If it's not open it will have you check the power supply circuit to the fuse for an OPEN.

Most likely you have a bad ignition switch if the fuse is OK.

Take a deep breath and don't make it harder than it is.
Follow those steps. Pretty easy. The ignition fuse is under the hood along the driver's side front fender. Pop off the lid and look at the diagram for the location. Is the fuse blown? If so, replace the fuse.

Does it blow again quickly? Then you have a shorted out wire somewhere. I would use a test light or ohm meter and check to see how far back you have power from the underhood fuse panel.

If the fuse is not blown, start checking how far back you get power TO the ignition switch from the underhood fuse panel. Is the power good to the ignition switch? If so, then order you up an ignition switch and replace it. Make sure you check the integrity of the wires at the connectors to make sure
