just do it, definitely worth it. I did it to my 93 and DBRODs did it to his 95? Its a simple install and well worth the effort. Reuse the stock xmember, rewire the trans electrical connector, add the ISS to the PCM and get a tune overlay added to the PCM.
I had to saw part of the ears of the 80e transmission to clear my headers but other than that it was a straight fwd swap with the right parts.
