Ever notice air coming out the wrong place or temperature that's way off from the setting? Sometimes the little plastic gears in the door actuators strip a tooth and make such noises.
I haven't noticed that, but my AC clicks from one vent when it's on the highest setting only. Doesn't bother me, just notice it sometimes.Originally Posted by GasGuzzler

There is a TSB to fix that one.
Everything works like it is supposed to Temperature settings work fine and no displaced air flow.Just has the intermittent ticking.
