Be sure to test fit the converter to your flexplate before putting the trans in, you might have to elongate the holes in the plate a little to get them to line up.
great !! ive already elongated the holes coz i used the 700r4 but will i need the spacer for the converter with the 98 4l60e trans ??

yeah, 98 is the SBC setup for the flexplate and you'll still need the spacer and flat flexplate to use the stock 98 trans stuff.

yes they are. I have used the 98 fbody exhaust, they're stamped stainless steel and a lot tighter fitting than the cast iron manifolds.
