i used 100sq.ft. and that wasn't enough for the roof.also depending how thick of material you choose will affect dampening.

I never really put it inside the doors, I usually just put it on the door between the door panel, that's where it has the most effect. you can do the inside of the door but you have to do little strips and it wont help you all that much. I have put strips over the frame inside the door behind the skin though, not sure how much it helped. I could tell a huge difference in my white truck all I put on it was extreme dynamat between the door and door panel, I put the hole I cut for the speaker on the inside of the door behind the speaker but that was about all I put inside the door.

the inner parts of the doors were the easiest places for me espically the back doors with no windows that go down, and then of course a layer between the door and door panel.
i use a company called Elemental Designs for my deadening and audio components
here is the half way on the front door.

Hate to break it to you, but the eDead stuff is complete junk. It doesn't even have a real foil backing. My buddy bought 120ft^2 and most of it fell off within a week. The saying is still true, you get what you pay for.

I was thinking of using Lizard Skin, I was going to do the firewall and the bottom of the cab. Had it not finished curing yet, is that why it still smelled bad?

i'm not sure it had finished curing or not but i know it was sprayed the day before and sat overnight before they put the interior back in, we were out driving it less than 48 hours after it was sprayed

I call BS and blame it on user malfunction. I've been into the car audio scene for 5 years now very heavily and I know 20+ people that use it with little or no problems.

I agree with pl4yboy we have installed it in 4 trucks with no problems in 100 degree heat and 2 years later it still looks brand new with no peeling.
