Bought A engine Today!!! 2004 6.0 lq9 out of a Escalade complete. has 4500 miles on it. when they took it out the harness got cut . so he gave me a harness out of a 2004 silverado 6.0. I will have some pics up later.

How much did you have to give for the LQ9?? Pardon my being nosy. That's my favorite style of Tahoe as well

Well got set back a little bit. had to find another DD. got a good deal on a lifted Bronco. Plus i am gonna Get rid of the 60e For a 80e. so thats where I Stand. but i will have some pics up in the next few days.

Are you doing the work yourself? The DD bit is whats holding me back.

Yeah Doing the work myself. I would hate to see what it would cost to have someone do the swap for me .

I have looked around and it costs around $5,000 with you supplying the motor and tranny and them supplying all the rest, including the tune. I'm doing mine myself.
