Are you not getting any engine codes?

Is the PCM program correct for the engine/transmission combination? Did you check that all the grounds on the PCM are good? There are numerous grounds coming out of the PCM for different sections of the circuit board. If you don't have the PCM controls grounds for the transmission section of the PCM board the transmission will not work. You could have a bad PCM, also. Have you tried a different transmission?

The motor is a 98. The PCM is a 02. The PCM, harness and program came from Allen. I am going back over m grounds now.

We scanned it. It had 3 codes.
1-PO 118 coolant temp circuit high
2-PO 452 evaporator pressure sensor signal low or short
    3-P 1637 generator L terminator circuit

Can any of these tie to the transmission trouble? Feel free to chime in if you have any experience with these.

Absolutely, the coolant temp high will do that.

Did you find 12v at the "e" terminal on the transmission connecter?

Cool, now find out why your water temp circuit has a high reading. Broken wire or not connected wire. If you have an ohm meter, check the resistance in the sender. Also make sure all the pins are pushed in good in the PCM harness connector. Remove the PCM and see that all the connectors are pushed through at the same level.
