I think I am just going to go with the standard copper plugs, they are quite a bit cheaper and worked fine in my 94 z-28 so I'll just stick with them. They may not last that long but who wants to keep plugs in an engine over 20k anyway? I've heard bad things about the factory plugs having the platinum tips fall off and other things, but I haven't heard a bad word about the good old 1 dollar tr-55 or 6s if your running the gas.
Anybody have anything else to say on the plugs feel free to contribute your experiences.
